1. Order Cancellation

• Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.

2. Returns & Refunds

• Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect.

• To initiate a return, contact us with your order number and issue.

• Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

3. Refund Process

• Approved refunds will be processed and credited to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Non-Returnable Items

• Items such as used beauty products, opened skincare, or personal hygiene products are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
